Available on the restaurant's anniversary menu are house specials like Double Boiled Supreme Shark's Fin in Peking Style and the Authentic Barbecued Peking Duck. Using superior shark's fin and stock, while complemented with the freshest crabmeat and seafood, the tangy concoction is set to whet your appetite for more. Roasted to perfection, the crispy Barbecued Peking Duck skin wrapped in hand-made wafer-thin Chinese pancakes is synonymous to the restaurant's resident chef, Master Chef Chan's well-established reputation in Singapore and his history with the Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant.
