PRIMA TASTE OPENS AT ONE FULLERTON

PFS Pte Ltd, the Company responsible for Prima Taste - the "True Singapore Restaurant" opened Prima Taste @ One Fullerton today much to the delight of the business and financial community in the swank district. Located along Collyer Quay, the seafront eatery will be a boon to lovers of authentic Singapore local dishes like mee siam, chilli crab, satay and curry who will now enjoy such cuisine amidst cool gentle breezes and a picturesque backdrop of bump boats on the waterfront.
 
Prima Taste @ One Fullerton promises not only an unforgettable dining experience with its classy yet relaxing ambience by the bay, it is also set to satisfy consumers gastronomically with a more extensive and tantalising menu than the outlet at Centrepoint.

Besides offering Prima Taste signature dishes like mee siam, laksa and mee rebus using premium ingredients like king prawns, the menu at the quay side restaurant boasts another impressive highlight - Chicken "Five Foot Way Trilogy". Traditionally savoured only on special festive occasions, this delicacy boasts a chicken platter consisting of Hainanese chicken, Cantonese soya chicken and Hokkien crispy chicken and is enjoyed by dipping the chicken meat in assorted sauces and wrapping it in Chinese lettuce. Tasty and yet refreshing, this dish is bound to tantalise anyone's taste buds, especially served alongside Prima Taste's chicken rice.
 
Well-loved savouries like bah kut teh, satay, chilli crab, otah otah, as well as Singapore, Indian and Japanese curry, are also available as new inclusions to the menu.
 
To complete and sweeten each meal, a wide range of hot and cold Prima Taste desserts are also available at the One Fullerton restaurant. These local desserts include tao suan, cheng teng, bo bo cha cha, red bean soup with hand-made dumpling, chendol and ice-kachang.

For early risers, Prima Taste @ One Fullerton will be opened daily for breakfast from 7:30 onwards. While piping hot savouries like bah kut teh, mee siam, mee rebus and roti prata or hot baguette with curries may add a delicious oomph to some, those who prefer a lighter breakfast fare can enjoy a cold or hot packed sandwich instead. With a delicious selection of sandwich fillings like smoked salmon and chicken morel mushroom and cheese, consumers can also choose from a variety of breads like olive breads and ciabatta.
