Boasting several house specialities and must-haves, PFS Catering’s menus will whet the appetites of the young and old. The good old western cold dish, Chicken and Spinach Terrine, for example, boasts tasty pieces of chicken and spinach set in gelatine that is sliced and served with an assortment of cocktail fruits. And complementing its distinct flavours is the savoury delight of the Apple Baked Ham that is beautifully glazed with syrupy apple sauce and baked till tender. A gastronomic hit, the savoury jelly and the tasty baked ham are sure winners in unfolding a night of merry-making and festive cheer. Traditional staples like the luscious Whole Roast Turkey and Honey Baked Ham are also must-tries.
