1.       What are the benefits and privileges I will receive as a Prima Privilege Card member?

As a Prima Card member, you will receive:

·       A welcome letter

·       The Prima Privilege Card

·       More than S$120 worth of welcome vouchers

·       Up-to-date information about the latest promotions and events

·       Exclusive daily privileges and birthday discounts during your birthday month

 

2.       How can I apply for the Prima Privilege Card?

Fill up the application form available at any PrimaDéli outlets and PFS restaurants or download the application form online. Please mail us the completed application form.

 

3.       Do I have to pay a membership fee for the Prima Privilege Card?

Yes. The membership fee is S$21.40. You may enclose a crossed cheque of S$21.40 made payable to “Prima Limited” and mail along with the application form.

 

4.       How long is the membership fee valid for?

The membership fee is valid for two years.

 

5.       Upon successful application, how and when will I receive my Prima Privilege Card?

Your membership card will be ready and sent to your mailing address in approximately 4 – 6 weeks.  If you fail to receive it, please contact The Marketing Department during office hours, Monday to Friday at Tel: 6277 6841 or email primacard@prima.com.sg

 

6.       Will I be entitled to the member’s discount if I have forgotten to bring my Prima Privilege Card?

No. The Prima Privilege Card has to be presented upon payment to enjoy the discounts and privileges.

 

7.       Can I use the Prima Privilege Card to purchase Prima Taste ready-to-cook pastes and sauces packs and/or in conjunction with other vouchers, promotions and privileges?

No. The Prima Privilege Card is not valid for purchase of Prima Taste ready-to-cook pastes and sauces packs and/or in conjuction with PFS dining vouchers, PrimaDeli vouchers, promotions, cake of the month and other privilege cards.

 

8.       How will I be updated of events, promotions and activities?

Members can receive information on events, promotions and activities through the website and direct/electronic mailers.

 

9.       What should I do if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Please notify us in writing and enclose a S$10.00 cheque payable to Prima Limited as replacement fee. The Prima Group shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for loss, stolen or damaged of card.

 

10.   Is the Prima Privilege Card transferable?

No. Prima Privilege Card is non-transferable.

 

11.   How do I notify a change of address or personal particulars?

 For change or updating of personal particulars, please email to primacard@prima.com.sg

 

12.   Can I renew my membership after my card expires?

No. You may apply for a new card and receive the welcome vouchers and enjoy member’s discount and privileges. The privileges and conditions may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice at the sole discretion of The Prima Group.
